Place the steel reinforcement bar or other material
to be cut between cutting edges, then press the handle until
the material is broken.
Unscrew the relief handle (but not more than one
circle, and it is not allowed to demount the relief handle,
otherwise oil leakage will occur and the cutting function will
be lost), then the movable cutting edge will go back to its
original position. Screw the relief handle again for the next
cutting action.
